About Morning Glories: A Connecticut (CT) Florist

From childhood Marcy Vitagliano always loved flowers. At 5 years old she would create lovely spring wildflower bouquets and under the watchful eyes of her mother would deliver those to the delight of a favorite elderly neighbor a few houses away. Thus began her career as a florist. Marcy did her training at a local greenhouse where she quickly learned basic techniques, then decided to hone her skills in Newport RI where she continued to learn and let her creative juices flow decorating yachts and mansions under the guidance of some very talented artists.

Finally the opportunity came when she was able to bring her dream to fruition with the creation of Morning Glories Floral Design. First in Norwich and now all over Connectciut, she specializes in weddings and large events.

Marcy’s goal is providing flowers that personify each individual’s event. With creative ideas in every price range that can be romantic or contemporary, she will help you by artfully designing flowers that will make your special occasion just perfect!
